Q: How long are the workouts?
A: Some videos are under 10 minutes and some are over 20 minutes. We recommend beginners just do one video a day, under 20 minutes, and build up. As you become more advanced we then recommend 2-3 videos a day for best results.
Q: How often are new videos added?
A: We try to add new videos each month.
Q: If I never worked out before with this site still be good for me?
A: Yes. We have beginner videos and short videos to help get you started. Then as you get into better shape you can do more videos and even longer ones.
Q: How fast will I see results?
A: That can vary a lot from person to person and depends on how dedicated you are. If you're eating right and doing the workout videos every day you should notice progress each week. The longer you do it the better your results get.
