These workouts have been helping me get into great shape. I like that they can be done at home or the gym and you can even do them if you have no equipment. Since I started everyone has noticed that I'm looking much more fit. 
I started with the beginner plan and have been improving each week. I can tell my body is stronger, I have more endurance, and much better muscle tone. If you do the workouts like they say you'll see results. Some workouts are under 10 minutes and some are over 20 minutes. Many times I do 2-3 videos a day depending on how much time I have.

I highly recommend these workouts
I'm really enjoying these workouts. Every day I can watch a different video and learn new exercises. I started with the body weight workouts and since then I've started using dumbbells, ankle weights, and bands too. I'm learning so much from this site and seeing good results too.
Before this, I would go to the gym but I really didn't know what I was doing. Since starting these videos I'm now seeing good results and finally know what to do when I workout. I like the Butt and Legs and ab videos the best. I do at least one every day.
Would highly recommend.

Q: How long are the workouts?
A: Some videos are under 10 minutes and some are over 20 minutes. We recommend beginners just do one video a day, under 20 minutes, and build up. As you become more advanced we then recommend 2-3 videos a day for best results.

A: We try to add new videos each month.

A: Yes. We have beginner videos and short videos to help get you started. Then as you get into better shape you can do more videos and even longer ones.

A: That can vary a lot from person to person and depends on how dedicated you are. If you're eating right and doing the workout videos every day you should notice progress each week. The longer you do it the better your results get.
